Portal branding

Each site's portal is fully brandable from Site → Branding, with a live preview as you edit.

  • Text — headline, body copy, and the connect button label.
  • Colors — background, card, text, button, and button text.
  • Logo & background image — PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG up to 4 MB. Images are stored with your site and served straight from the portal.
  • Terms / footer text — shown in small print on the portal. Use it for your network's terms of use and any consent language you need for emailing guests afterwards.

After connecting: landing URL

Optionally send guests somewhere after they're online — your house guide, review page, menu, or promo. Set "After connecting, send guests to" in the branding editor.

The guest always sees the "You're connected" screen first, then a Continue button plus an automatic redirect a few seconds later. One thing to know:

  • Phones open captive portals in a sandboxed mini-browser (Apple's Captive Network Assistant, Android's sign-in window). It shares no cookies with the real browser, and iOS may close it automatically the moment the device is online — so treat the redirect as best-effort marketing, not a guarantee. That's why the Continue button exists.
